大埋深多次扰动大断面失稳煤巷围岩加固技术

Surrounding Rock Reinforcement Technology For Large Section Coal Roadway With Great Depth and Multiple Disturbances

摘要: 采用现场围岩结构观测、锚杆锚固力测试、井下试验相结合的研究方法,开展了山西晋城寺河煤矿大埋深多次扰动大断面失稳煤巷围岩加固技术研究。在围岩结构窥视和锚固力测试的基础上,结合巷道变形破坏情况,确定采用深浅孔组合注浆和高预应力锚索补强控制围岩变形的综合修复方案。通过前期注浆恢复破碎围岩的连续状态,后期高预应力锚索补强大幅度提高围岩的自身承载能力。井下矿压监测结果表明,综合修复技术有效地控制了大巷变形,保持了长期稳定性,为类似条件下的煤巷修复提供了技术支持。

Abstract: Research on the reinforcement technology for large section coal roadway with great depth and multiple disturbances of Sihe mine was carried out with methods of surrounding rock structure filed observation, the anchoring force test and underground experiment. Based on the observation and test results, the comprehensive reinforcement plan of deep-shallow hole grouting and high pre-stressed cable bolting was applied with the consideration of roadway deformation. Restore the original continuous state of broken surrounding rock with grouting, and improve the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock with high pre-stressed cable bolting. Ground pressure monitoring results show that comprehensive reinforcement technology can effectively control the deformation and maintain a long-term stability of the main entry, and provide technique support for similar conditions.
